I make cookies and head to the local university's testing center and hand out cookies to students that have just finished tests on a night that would ideally be spent with someone dear. Since I'm alone on V-day it's nice to do something for others in my situation (ie singlehood) I usually do shortbread half-circles dipped in chocolate and red and white non-pareils in celo-bags with pink ribbon, just to be festive and fun.
