I just caught an interview with Pollan on C-Span 2 - he is incredibly quotable. He amazed me with his ability to distill the big picture into something managable and communicatable (is that a word?)

Oooh what a good one! I’m finally getting to his “new” (not anymore) book “In Defense of Food”.
Me too- I keep getting distracted by other books though.
