Those look great. I think I’ll make some for New Year’s Eve. I made a batch of Peppered Pecans from the Zingerman’s cookbook for Christmas, and I want to make some more of those too. They’re totally addictive – sugar, butter, egg white, gingerbread type spices, and a whole lot of freshly ground black pepper. Bake in the oven until they’re dry and toasty. Really awesome.

I wish I had stumbled upon this page back before Christmas, it would be a keeper for the gift-making list! As it is, I guess I’ll just have to make them and keep them all for myself, lol! Thanks for the ideas!
