Aloha My Friends,

I often run into the groups from Hawaii Food Tours while I am in Honolulu's Chinatown. I often eat at Zaffron Indian Restaurant, which I know is one of the many stops on the famous Hole-in-the-Wall Tour that the nice folks at Hawaii Food Tours offer 6 days a week.

I highly recommend this company (www.HawaiiFoodTours.com)if you wish to learn about and taste the finest foods in Hawaii. Their phone # is 808-926-3663.

What a great idea! Maybe even easier than real sushi! My daughter loves sushi and we usually have it for her birthday dinner. I think I will do this for her instead of cake! Thanks for the inspiration.

Aloha!
Came across your blog just today actually quite by accident. You were linked in a wikihow.com article (http://www.wikihow.com/Make-Candy-Sushi) that happened to be on my Google page. Amazing how the internet works sometimes. Anyways, I live over on the Big Island, which is what really makes it all seem really cool that I found you today and you're in Hawaii looking at "local" foods at the same time. By the way, I have to agree that Pah Ke's has excellent Chinese food as I have eaten there as well.

Also, I really loved your post about making faux sushi, its quite ingenious. I'm looking forward to having some time to make them myself.

<blockquote>
I love how the internet makes the world smaller!
Thanks for saying Hi Laz :)
