I always have a smoothie for breakfast (great way to start the day with fruit, soy milk, yoghurt, and whatever other healthy bits that fall into the blender), but this looks like a really nice variation for those swelteringly hot days. I agree that smoothies are one of the best and quickest ways to get your daily fruit intake! I usually use vanilla rice milk in mine.</description>
