I was pleasantly surprised today by the New York Times listing of most popular emailed articles.
Given that this is the day after the State of the Union Address, I was predicting a slew of political commentary pieces. However, the readers of the NYT website gave a big ole cupcake to our Prez in the form of hailing the article Strict Vegan Ethics, Frosted With Hedonism (use bugmenot if login is required) of the Post Punk Kitchen as the most emailed article!
Wow- I guess Vegan Cupcakes really are taking over the world!

I chose cupcakes over the state of the union last night too. I actually forgot the state of the union was on, but still…cupcakes probably would have still won out!
Weird- I made cupcakes that night too. Or the night before, I can’t remember..
