Friday is Hot Dog Tim’s last day serving hot dogs on the University of Oregon campus. He is leaving to catch up with his wife, who already moved to Brisbane to care for her ailing mother.
Go grab a polish dog and say thanks while you can.
The cart will still be around, under the service of a new owner who has been out working the cart with Tim these last few days. She strikes me as good hot dog people- and was even spreading rumors of adding chili to the cart options!

Just reading about this great guy makes me wish we had such a character. Maybe we do and such will be my quest.
