My work has around 10 gallons or more of liquid nitrogen to dispose of in the next few days. We don’t have the time to let it evaporate so we’re likely to have an ice cream making party!
Additionally, I’d like to freeze some alcohol (drinkable, not lab grade).

Using my Ben and Jerry’s Cookbook, I made up a double batch of vanilla using some of my bourbon based vanilla, a single batch of great salty chocolate peanut butter.
The vanilla was good, but the chocolate peanut butter was intense! Very salty rich, I blended the peanut butter into the base as opposed to making a swirl with it.
The process worked well and was really easy. As this is likely to be a regular occurance this summer, I will take pictures next time!
