While I find much of Michael Pollan&#039;s work to be over my head (or over my heart: he&#039;s pretty scientific), this was a perfect piece.

I added it as  P.S. on my most recent blog piece, which tied in beautifully with Jim and Becky, the people raising pigs and chickens at TLC (Tastes Like Chicken) Ranch. Two personal heroes of mine.
