I do a lot of camping and while I've never had the opportunity (?) to cook for 150 I think 2 good meat centered dishes while cooking are:
1) chili
2) shish kebab

Lasagna is a little difficult while camping. Also, wrapping aluminum foil around veggies like corn or potatoes and throwing them right into the fire is a great way to save space on top.

Portland is #1, FWIW. (I investigated.)

I couldn't recommend lamb as a main course: so many people hate it. You're probably safest with chicken...but what about a meat lasagna? Having catered for a while, it was one of the things that is easily made and easily transported/reheated/etcetera.

What are your other constraints?

wow! 150! just planning it or actually cooking it too? assuming you aren't a caterer with an army of minions (and ovens) - Lamb, as in a whole one. would require outdoor cooking facilities however. of course lamb can be eyebrow raising (though I'm sure in oregon there are humane sources). or a series of legs of the same creature. it is good any temperature and come in a variety of sizes. and is a great compliment to all of my favorite green things.
love your site!
(I am surprised portland wasn't on that list)
