Sub RosaI recently received an invitation to view a wonderful website from my neck of the woods. Sub Rosa is a virtual restaurant based out of Dundee Oregon, an area south east of Portland that is full of wineries and correlating tasting rooms. Michael Sherwood and Linda Lausmann run this tasty adventure that is teeming with recipes, wine and spirit pairings and even better, music to prep and dine by. Oh, and how could I forget… these are people who appreciate the fine nuances of naked BBQ. You’ll have to go hunt around the site to see what I’m talking about!

Sub Rosa has taken their philosophy on magical cuisine and recently stretched it into the creation of a special East Indian Thanksgiving Dinner. Full of high notes like horseradish, curry and cinnamon, it is a nod to the spicy world Christopher Columbus was searching for in his journeys.

Head over to Sub Rosa for the recipes and music downloads for each of the tasty courses in this Thanksgiving meal.
