Just wondering if you could tell me where to find dehydrated raspberries. Having a very hard time locating them. Thanks, Robin Hiepe

Here are the links Robin: dehydrated raspberries and dehydrated organic raspberries. Thanks for the note- I just went back into this post to add hyperlinks for them too.

cheers

Thanks so much for this entry. Costco has had these mini kiwis the last two times I shopped there. I've been intrigued but, of course, at Costco you have to buy such a large quantity that it's not the right place for experimenting. Now I'll feel much better about sliding them hopefully into my cart.

Do you have any idea if they're immature or a different variety?

I think they're a new variety as opposed to being immature because of their sweetness. Looking at the nursery's website's kiwi section, it looks like kiwis have smooth skin and fuzzy varietals. Cool that they have mini and smooth together!

I love the idea of a fruit dust...too bad its only 9 am, I am INSPIRED!

Oh yeah! I totally got caught up inthe idea of adding it to pastry dough, or just sprinkling on top of whipped cream topped mochas!

I'm also thinking incorporated into flour for fruit pasta.

Hey, we just bought some of those! Up here, they're called Anna Kiwis and we buy them from Mitchell Bay Farm, which is about 15 miles north on the island. We used them in our Paper Chef entry (which'll be up tomorrow, I hope!) and oh my they are tasty!
