		<description>Wow!  These are so elegant!  And gorgeous!  I wish I was more adventurous in the kitchen.  I&#039;ll have to try these - and we&#039;ve been trying to find a way to make cannoli filling smoother (for some reason it&#039;s always a bit grainy in all the recipes we&#039;ve tried) so you just gave me a fantastic idea when you mentioned using tofu for this!  Thanks!  </description>
