I made it with a Persian (Ash) which is a thick vegetable with lentil soup, with some kidney beans and all kinds of peppers and spices. Beats are my favorite too with almost anything. I just gotta say thank you. You helped me out a lot.Vegan recepies always make me happy, eventhough I dont like to use that much oil. Cheers -Tim Whoa, I love this dish.
