i was wondering what you meant by instant toast. quite delicious. i didn\'t have any bread on hand and used ritz crackers instead. Still turned out pretty tasty!

Ritz Crackers sound like a buttery good bread crumb substitution. I have some cheese crackers waiting to be crumbled up for this too...

[...] My Harry Potter inspired Crispy Eggs with Instant Toast. This recipe was inspired by the End of the Month Eggs on Toast recipe challenge. Flavoring the post with a frosting of fan fiction was a blast… especially creating cooking spells! [...]

What an ingenious idea with the flavoured crumbs. I will surely try this sometime soon - especially as my fiancé frequently neglects his sad little toast on the side of his breakfast plate.

Excellent!!! I love the sausage description at the beginning the most... Recipe sounds fab too - my husband LOVES fried eggs so maybe I'll make this for him over the weekend. Look out for the round-up sooooon (I promise!)

I loved this so much! You write H/Hr/R coversations so well! Reading it was almost like reading a passage from one of the books! And I think Harry should be pretty good at cooking - all that bacon frying for the Dursley's, et cetera.
I can barely wait to try it and say I got it straight from the wizard's mouth ;)!

What a great read! I would swear this was written by JK herself! Thoroughly entertaining.

This dish sounds great too. Well done on both counts!
